Full-Stack Team Lead (with team)

• Define and own system architecture from an early stage
• Lead and coordinate a small, high-performing team you already worked with
• Own the full development lifecycle: development → testing → delivery → initial support
• Collaborate with data engineers on data pipelines, rule-based logic, and predictive models
• Translate complex data into a usable product (dashboards, maps, signals)
• Ensure high code quality and automated testing within the team
• Work directly with engineering leadership and VP R&D

• Proven experience as a hands-on Tech Lead
• You have managed your current team for at least 4+ months
• Your team has been working together for 6+ months and delivered real projects
• Strong experience with Node.js and React
• Experience working with data-heavy systems
• Comfortable owning testing (no dedicated QA)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, low-bureaucracy environment
• Strong ownership mindset — focus on outcomes, not tasks

• Build a product from scratch with real ownership
• Bring and work with your own trusted team
• Solve complex, real-world problems in a data-heavy domain
• Work close to decision-makers (VP R&D level)
• Move fast without unnecessary processes
