Backend/AI Developer (Python, RAG, LangChain)

The project involves building an AI agency system for sales automation that communicates with clients through messengers. The role will focus on developing AI agents using LangChain and ensuring a robust system architecture.

• AI & RAG Development: Developing and optimizing intelligent agents using LangChain.
• Architecture & Data: Ensuring stable data storage and analytics in PostgreSQL.
• Audit & Refactoring: Conducting technical audits of existing code and migrating logic to a new architecture.
• Engineering Culture: Maintaining high development standards including writing tests and conducting Code Reviews.
• Autonomous Problem Solving: Identifying bottlenecks in the system and proposing technical solutions.

• Python programming
• Experience with FastAPI
• PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy for database management
• Understanding of three-tier architecture
• Experience with LangChain and OpenAI API
• Familiarity with Docker for containerization
• Experience with CI/CD processes using Git
