AI Engineer / Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for an AI Engineer / Full-Stack Developer to join projects focused on building production-ready AI features for real business use cases. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working across the stack from data preparation, LLM integration, and inference pipelines to backend APIs and user-facing product functionality.

• Build and integrate AI-powered features based on LLMs, NLP pipelines, and retrieval systems
• Fine-tune or adapt models for domain-specific use cases when needed
• Prepare, clean, normalize, and structure raw text data provided by clients
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs for AI functionality using Python and/or Node.js
• Integrate AI features into web applications and internal tools
• Work with embeddings, vector databases, prompt orchestration, and inference optimization
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver AI-driven features aligned with business goals

• Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered applications
• Strong knowledge of Python for AI/ML workflows
• Experience with NLP, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search
• Experience with frameworks and tools such as Hugging Face, Transformers, LangChain, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
• Solid backend development skills with Node.js and API design
• Good understanding of modern frontend development, ideally with React
• Experience deploying production solutions and supporting them in real environments
• Ability to work independently and propose implementation approaches based on project goals
