Full Stack Engineer (.NET/C# + React)

At Clockwise Software, we are involved in the development of mobile and web applications. Our clients are startups and small to medium businesses from North America, Europe, and Australia. We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer (React / C# .NET) to strengthen the team of one of our projects - a modern health data analysis platform that helps clinics organize their work and interact with patients more effectively.

• Developing and evolving the platform for managing medical data and AI solutions
• Creating modern web products balancing tasks between front-end and back-end
• Developing UI in React and back-end services in C#/.NET Core
• Participating in building architecture, optimizing, and improving the product
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for product and architecture development.

• 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer using .NET Core or C#
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Strong expertise in React with 2 years of recent experience
• Proficient knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and experience building modern front-end applications
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and scalable system design principles
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and enterprise solutions
• Experience with AI Coding Tools, including Claude Code
• Understanding of security best practices and experience troubleshooting technical issues
• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus
• Experience in designing and integrating APIs, especially for medical devices is a plus
• Understanding of multi-tenancy architecture principles is a plus.
