WebbyLab is a Ukrainian IT outsourcing company developing scalable and feature-rich Web and Mobile applications. They are looking for an experienced React Native Tech Lead who will take technical responsibility for the development and scaling of mobile products and will work with a team of developers to build a mature mobile direction.

• Lead technical aspects and solve complex engineering challenges within fintech projects
• Formulate and justify architectural decisions considering security, stability, and scalability requirements
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on technical approaches
• Develop and delegate technical tasks to the development team
• Monitor code quality, development processes, and task execution efficiency
• Organize delivery processes and release cycles for mobile applications
• Participate in pre-sales: technical meetings, demos, and high-level project estimations
• Mentor the team and foster their technical growth
• Implement tools and processes to enhance team productivity and engineering maturity

Вимоги13

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer using JavaScript/TypeScript
• Extensive commercial experience in mobile development with React Native
• Experience working with React.js
• 1+ year of experience in a Tech Lead or Team Lead position
• Deep understanding of mobile application architecture
• Hands-on experience building mobile application in production environments
• Experience organizing development processes: CI/CD, Code Review, Testing, releases to App Store and Google Play
• Practical experience with Mobile Security and understanding of security principles
• In-depth knowledge of client-server interaction principles (HTTP, WebSocket)
• Experience working with AWS or Google Cloud Platform
• Hands-on experience in pre-sales processes
• Proven track record of launching large-scale products to stores (App Store, Google Play)
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
