PandaDoc is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) to join our Core UX Product Team. You will work collaboratively to design and deliver core features for PandaDoc’s web applications, participating in the full product development lifecycle and focusing on improving both user experience and engineering efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable frontend solutions.
• Build, test, and deploy high-quality frontend features using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and shared libraries.
• Work across both monolithic and microfrontend architectures, contributing to modularization and reusable components.
• Ensure robust observability and monitoring using tools such as Sentry and Grafana.
• Participate in on-call support rotations, helping maintain system stability and performance.
• Drive technical initiatives and improvements, contributing to codebase health and best practices.
• Mentor team members and foster knowledge sharing across the team.

• 5+ years of hands-on frontend development experience building web applications.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a focus on scalable state management and the React ecosystem.
• Experience with both monolithic and microfrontend architectures.
• Familiarity with observability tools and on-call support practices.
• Proven experience delivering product-facing features end-to-end.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with designers, product managers, and platform engineers.
• Experience with shared component libraries and design systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for web applications.
