Galaktica is a Ukrainian IT product company that has been successfully creating and promoting its online projects in the global market for 6 years. We are currently in an active scaling phase and are looking for a Team Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our team.

• Plan sprints, assign tasks to the team, and monitor their execution including conducting code reviews.
• Ensure monitoring and support for marketing services.
• Develop and support integrations with external platforms (CRM, advertising cabinets, analytical services, partner APIs).
• Develop and maintain mass mailing systems, trigger chains and automated marketing flows.
• Decompose tasks from the marketing department, estimate timelines, and ensure communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on services and integrations.
• Independently perform tasks to achieve team objectives.

• Node.js (3+ years) - development and support of the backend, REST API, microservices
• React (3+ years) - development and support of the frontend
• MySQL (3+ years) - schema design, query optimization, migrations
• Prisma ORM - working with schemas, migrations, typed queries
• Git - code review, pull request flow, branch management
• Experience in technical leadership or mentoring (1+ year)
• Understanding of CI/CD principles, basic work with Docker
• Knowledge of TypeScript
• Experience working with high-load services
