We are a team that invests in the development of engineers rather than just teaching tools. We are looking for a Frontend Mentor (part-time possible) who wants to share practical experience, shape engineering thinking, and help Junior developers confidently start their profession.

• Code review for React / Vue / Angular projects
• Assistance with application architecture and structure
• Explanation of key concepts (state management, rendering, performance)
• Adapting existing training programs to the student's level
• Evaluating students' progress
• Proposing improvements to the training format
• Developing own skills through regular feedback

• 2+ years of commercial experience in Frontend development
• Experience with modern frameworks: Vue, React, Angular
• Understanding of development processes
• Strong understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript basics
• Experience with asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await)
• Practical experience with Frontend Frameworks: Vue, React, Angular
• Basic understanding of State Management (Redux / Zustand / Pinia / NgRx)
• Proficient in HTML / CSS, adaptable layouts, Flexbox / Grid
• Experience with REST API
• Basic understanding of Webpack / Vite
• Git knowledge (workflow, pull requests)
• Experience with Next.js / Nuxt is a plus
• Understanding of testing (Jest, Testing Library) is a plus
• Basic understanding of performance optimization
