• Develop and deliver Agentic AI use cases from concept to production-grade solutions.
• Test and evaluate diverse AI service providers to identify the best fit for our needs.
• Collect and centralize learnings from various use cases to create accessible knowledge resources.
• Design and standardize templates for delivery, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Set up outreach channels to share insights and promote the adoption of Agentic AI frameworks.
• Conduct experiments and assessments on open-source solutions to inform future platform strategies.

• Hands-on experience in developing Agentic AI systems and AI-powered applications.
• Full-stack platform development knowledge with a track record of deploying production-grade solutions.
• Strong data science fluency to assess agent performance quantitatively.
• Excellent communication and the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders.
• Proactive and assertive in navigating institutional constraints and shifting priorities.
• A pragmatic approach to considering regulatory and data protection requirements.
• Experience setting up processes and steering teams effectively.

• A salary, depending on experience, ranging from €5.000 to €8.400 based on a XX-hour workweek.
