• Registration and processing of client requests within 1st line technical support
• Detection, response, and analysis of cybersecurity incidents
• Maintenance tasks for IT systems and security tools
• Monitoring and controlling system status
• Diagnosing and resolving incidents
• Implementing and testing infrastructure services, network solutions, server hardware, and information security systems
• Developing project and working documentation
• Creating algorithms and scripts for automating IT/security tasks
• Conducting training presentations

• Higher education
• Knowledge of TCP/IP network construction and functionality principles
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS models
• Understanding of OSI network model
• Experience in automation (bash, python)
• Understanding of fundamental cybersecurity principles
• Ability and willingness to learn new software, technologies, and problems
