React Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior React Developer with extensive hands-on expertise in React.js and enterprise application development. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex, scalable web applications, with cloud experience in Azure or AWS.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex enterprise web applications using React.js.
• Build reusable, scalable, and high-performance UI components and front-end architectures.
• Translate business and functional requirements into responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Develop and maintain modern React-based applications using industry-standard development practices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences.
• Integrate React applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Develop automated unit, integration, and UI tests to ensure application quality.
• Work with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, and automated release processes.
• Deploy and support applications in Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud environments.
• Implement and maintain authentication and authorization mechanisms for enterprise applications.
• Integrate applications with Okta or other enterprise identity and access management platforms.
• Follow enterprise security standards and best practices throughout the application development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical design discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

• Extensive hands-on experience with React.js.
• Strong experience building and maintaining complex enterprise applications.
• Excellent understanding of modern React concepts, component architecture, hooks, state management, and reusable UI patterns.
• Strong UI/front-end development background.
• Experience developing responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible web applications.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs and backend services.
• Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization and application scalability.
• Experience with modern front-end development tools, build processes, and testing frameworks.
• Experience developing and deploying applications in a cloud environment.
• Microsoft Azure experience is preferred. Strong AWS experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, release management, build and deployment automation, source control and branching strategies, cloud-based application environments.
• Experience working with DevOps teams and enterprise deployment processes.
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization in enterprise applications.
• Experience integrating applications with Okta is preferred.
• Understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, SSO, or similar authentication technologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise security practices and secure application development principles.
• Ability to work with security and infrastructure teams to address application security requirements.
• Education - Required a Bachelor degree and equivalent.
