We are developing a product platform (web + mobile) focusing on scalability, stability, and transparent development processes. We value code quality, predictable releases, and responsibility for results.

• Development and maintenance of the web application functionality (React / Next.js) and backend (Node.js / TypeScript).
• Design and implementation of APIs, integrations with external services (payments, analytics, notifications, etc.).
• Performance optimization, working with databases, cache, queues (if necessary).
• Participation in code reviews, technical decisions, improving architecture and product quality.
• Collaboration with PM/design/QA: clarifying requirements, estimation, planning, demo results.

Вимоги7

• 8+ years of commercial experience
• Code review, documentation, decomposition, risk assessment.
• Independence and responsibility: not just to 'do it', but to ensure release.
• Experience with high-load/performance optimization.
• Queues/brokers (Kafka), caching, background jobs.
• DevOps: observability (logs/metrics/tracing), Kubernetes
• Understanding of production approaches: logging, metrics, tracing, incidents, stability.
