Senior Business Project Manager

Uklon is a product IT company developing a leading ride-hailing service. They are hiring a Senior Business Project Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional business and finance projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The role involves end-to-end project management, operational process optimization, and stakeholder communication.

• End-to-End Strategic Leadership: lead large-scale, cross-functional business and finance projects from inception to completion, ensuring every initiative aligns with the company’s long-term strategic goals
• Comprehensive Planning: develop project plans, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and identifying potential risks before they become issues
• Operational Excellence: map, analyze, and optimize internal and external operational processes to eliminate bottlenecks and increase departmental efficiency
• Cross-Functional Execution: drive project delivery across Business, Operations, Finance, HR, and Tech teams, ensuring seamless stakeholder alignment at every milestone
• Strategic Communication: serve as the primary bridge between project teams and senior management, translating complex data into actionable insights
• Proactive Risk Management: monitor progress and resolve blockers proactively, ensuring that 'at-risk' projects are steered back to success
• Standardization: support the continuous improvement of project management standards, tools, and best practices across the entire organization

• at least 5 years of experience in project management, with proven success delivering business-driven, cross-functional projects
• strong understanding of business processes (finance processes as a significant advantage), operational efficiency drivers, and financial impact metrics
• practical experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
• outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
• high level of self-organization, proactivity, and ownership mindset
• PMP or equivalent certifications are a plus
• upper-intermediate or higher level of English
• Expert-level proficiency in Project Management software: Hands-on experience with Jira to manage complex workflows, sprints, and Gantt charts
• Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting: Mastery of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling) to track budgets and project KPIs
• Process Mapping & Visualization: Proficiency in Miro (for designing operational workflows and business process architectures (BPMN/flowcharts)
