Про позицію

We're seeking an exceptional Automation Engineer to own and evolve our testing, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation. You'll ensure our production system stays reliable, scalable, and that we have the capacity to deliver with confidence. This role is the backbone of our engineering velocity.

• End-to-end testing frameworks for our AI-powered agentic pipeline — covering UI, unit, integration, API, regression testing and automated smoke testing
• CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI + GitHub Actions) orchestrating build, test, deploy, and evaluation workflows
• Automated regression and evaluation systems that benchmark agentic system quality and performance at scale

Вимоги9

• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to tackle complex infrastructure challenges
• Overall 5+ years in software/DevOps/automation engineering
• 3+ years hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms (CircleCI, GitHub Actions, or equivalent)
• Experience with testing agentic systems
• Strong Python scripting skills for test automation and tooling
• Kubernetes experience: Docker, Helm, EKS, pod lifecycle, resource management
• AWS experience: EKS, ECR, S3, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, WAF
• Testing frameworks: pytest, async testing, mocking strategies, E2E test design
• Production system experience: monitoring (Datadog), error tracking (Sentry), alerting, incident response
