Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Our client develops a comprehensive US real estate platform that streamlines property search, client engagement, transaction management, and more. We are looking for a self-driven Full-Stack Software Engineer with a strong Frontend focus to work in a startup environment with lightweight processes and high ownership.

• Integrate frontend features with backend APIs and real-time services, handling loading, error, and edge-case states properly
• Design and implement clean internal APIs for transaction management, e-signature, and notification systems
• Refactor large-scale monolithic code while maintaining backward compatibility during transition
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including software engineers, QA, DevOps and designers
• Work closely with the PO (client) to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Participate in sprint planning and maintain strong asynchronous communication practices

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong frontend focus
• Solid experience with Redux or a comparable state-management approach at scale
• Experience with a component-driven UI architecture and a design/component library
• Map-heavy UI experience (Google Maps / Places API)
• Experience contributing to a legacy-to-modern migration effort
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and RESTful API development
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including data modeling, debugging and optimization
• Hands-on experience with message queuing systems (RabbitMQ) and caching solutions (Redis)
• Familiarity with application performance monitoring (APM) and backend debugging tools
• Experience with async workflow processing and event-driven architecture patterns
• Active use of AI-assisted development tools
• Strong communication skills for client collaboration and remote team coordination
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional environments with direct client interaction
• Upper-Intermediate English level minimum
