Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join a long-term project for a global financial institution. The role focuses on providing advanced technical support for critical applications and production environments. You will be responsible for monitoring systems, troubleshooting incidents, supporting day-to-day operations and working closely with teams across UNIX, databases, networks and upstream/downstream systems. This is a hands-on technical support role, combining application support, production troubleshooting, monitoring, IT Service Management and continuous improvement.

• Long-term project – initial Work Order for 12 months, with a possibility of further extension

• No live coding task – technical knowledge will be assessed through live technical questions during the interviews
