• Lead the development of backend and frontend systems using .NET and React JS, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate within cross-functional engineering team and with other teams to design and develop high-quality web applications
• Drive engineering excellence by adopting and following engineering best practices in your team
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment
• Contribute to the architecture and implementation of scalable and efficient solutions
• Mentor junior and middle developers, guiding them through code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Define and promote best practices for using AI-assisted development tools
• Provide strategic guidance on how AI can enhance software development processes and overall team performance

• 5+ years of .NET development
• Proficiency in .NET 8+
• Proven experience with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to coach others on effective usage
• Experience of AWS Cloud Native development with focus on Serverless; familiarity with AWS services (i.e. Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and EC2)
• Experience with Front End development using one of popular frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
• Track record of implementing microservices based back-ends
• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework / EF Core / Dapper
• Deep understanding of DDD, Event Sourcing, CQRS
• Understanding of relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with xUnit or similar testing frameworks
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code principle (experience with CDK will be a plus)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
• Intermediate/B1 English Level, ability to read & write tech documentation
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills
