DevOps Engineer

Keiki is a Ukrainian multi-product company specializing in educational all-in-one applications for the early development of children aged 2-6+. They create an educational ecosystem with over 1500 interactive games and 500+ printed tasks, designed inclusively and with experts, and are recognized in the top educational apps globally.

• Audit and inventory current infrastructure
• Manage and implement backlog of security/reliability improvements
• Organize access and secrets management: least privilege, MFA/SSO, rotation, service accounts, secret storage/scanning
• Strengthen security baseline of infrastructure
• Build quality monitoring and observability
• Maintain stability of production infrastructure
• Make CI/CD more controlled and predictable
• Standardize infrastructure changes through IaC/config-driven approach, review processes and drift control
• Gradually update legacy infrastructure without risk to business: risk assessment, migration planning, rollback/mitigation
• Work in partnership with development teams
• Plan infrastructure roadmap with HoE/Product

• 4+ years in DevOps/SRE/Cloud Infrastructure roles, with at least 2 years of production experience with AWS
• Experience with AWS production infrastructure and key services: IAM, VPC/networking, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, WAF, S3, SQS, CloudWatch, KMS, Secrets Manager/SSM
• Understanding of cloud security best practices
• Experience in incident response and working with security events
• Practical experience with secrets management and domain security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, certificates)
• Experience administering RDS and data safety practices: backups/PITR, restore tests, monitoring, performance troubleshooting
• Experience with Terraform/Terragrunt, IaC approach and CI/CD pipelines
• Good knowledge of Linux and containerized environments
• Experience building monitoring/alerting systems and operational readiness processes
• Ability to work with legacy infrastructure through gradual and controlled changes
