Workeron.ai is a product company that builds AI agents and digital employees for business. We need a CTO who loves to code and design the architecture of the platform while leading an engineering team. The role involves hands-on product iterations and bringing product lines to stable sales.

• Rapidly rebuild and improve solutions based on tests and customer feedback
• Hire and grow a core team of engineers

• 6+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years as tech lead or CTO in a product company or strong agency
• Strong fullstack or backend engineering background in SaaS products
• Practical experience with LLMs and AI
• Ability to design system architecture
• Experience hiring and leading a small engineering team
• Early stage startup experience
