Sirka is an agency that creates and scales eCommerce DTC-brands and affiliate-CPA projects. We are looking for a Graphic Designer with experience in AI image generation to create visual content for international DTC brands, from product creatives to advertising banners and branding materials.

• Create graphic content for DTC brands: banners, creatives for advertising, social media, email newsletters, and landing pages.
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, etc.) for generating and refining visuals.
• Develop product images, mockups, and lifestyle content, including using AI and manual post-processing.
• Maintain brand visual identity and work with brand books.
• Adapt creatives for different formats and platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, email).
• Collaborate with performance and marketing teams to create conversion-oriented visuals.
• Test new AI approaches and workflows to speed up production.
• Make improvements based on analytics and split-testing of advertising creatives.

• Experience working as a graphic designer.
• Proficient in AI image generation (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion or similar).
• Ability to write effective prompts and refine AI outputs to production quality.
• Experience with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Responsible, attentive to detail, and adhere to deadlines.
• Experience creating creatives for performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus; experience working with DTC brands in supplements, beauty, or wellness is a plus; skills in motion design or basic animation are a plus.
