• Develop new features and maintain current software
• Research and find solutions for technical issues from customers
• Have direct contact with end-users via support tickets, email, or phone
• Signal recurring issues and translate them into product improvements
• Think about usability and workflow optimization
• Write clear documentation for both internal use and customers

• Experienced Software Engineer
• C#, VB.Net, SQL, JavaScript expertise
• Enjoy solving technical problems and explaining them to non-technical users
• Energetic about customer contacts and social impact
• Structured work ethic with the ability to switch between tasks easily
• Strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking
• Fluent in Dutch (essential due to customer contact)
