• Lead technical architecture and contribute to product roadmap for backoffice systems
• Drive UX and workflow excellence by analyzing internal user journeys
• Mentor and elevate the development team
• Design and develop full-stack features connecting Retool frontends with scalable Java/Spring Boot backend APIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Take end-to-end ownership of system reliability, security, and usability

• Extensive production experience with Java ecosystem
• Strong understanding of JVM internals
• Excellent system design skills
• Ability to implement scalable architectures
• Optimize database performance
• Deep understanding of messaging concepts (Kafka or similar)
• Strong sense of user experience and workflow design
• Proven leadership experience including mentoring and team collaboration
• Upper-intermediate English communication skills
