We are looking for a Team Lead Android Developer who can take on the technical leadership of the Android direction, maintain the pace of the team, and build a stable development process in the conditions of a large volume of mobile products. The role involves managing the Android team and its development.

• Commercial experience in Android development
• Experience in a Senior / Team Lead / Tech Lead role or willingness to take on a leadership role
• Solid understanding of the modern Android stack
• Strong foundation in mobile application architecture
• Ability to make technical decisions quickly and without unnecessary bureaucracy
• Team experience: task setting, reviews, mentoring, quality control
• High level of responsibility, organization, and focus on results
• Willingness to work at a fast pace and keep track of many tasks simultaneously
