COPYMIND is seeking a Product Engineer. The company is developing an AI product in the personal growth category, helping individuals better understand themselves, make decisions, and change behavior. The engineer will work productively and autonomously within a core team.

• Define and realize product logic with the team
• Build features end-to-end (frontend + backend) with a focus on user impact
• Participate in discovery: hypothesis formation, experiments, and solutions
• Analyze user behavior and impact on the product through data
• Make technical and product decisions
• Take responsibility for results, not just implementation

Вимоги7

• 3+ years of product development experience (fullstack / frontend / backend)
• Proficient in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js
• Experience working on user-facing products
• Ability to make decisions under uncertainty
• Understanding of product metrics (retention, conversion, engagement)
• Experience or desire to work with A/B tests and hypotheses
• High level of autonomy, responsibility, and initiative
