React/UI Developer with UX Background

Luxoft Poland is seeking a React/UI Developer with UX background to enhance usability and accessibility of client-facing applications. The role involves bridging business requirements with technical implementation through user-centered design.

• Enhance usability and accessibility of client-facing applications
• Improve user adoption and satisfaction through well-designed, intuitive interfaces
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation via user-centered design
• Allow backend engineers to remain focused on core platform and integration work

• Minimum 3+ years hands-on application development experience using React
• Hands-On Experience with automated testing
• Hands-On Experience with backend integration
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (preferably with GitLab)
• Experience in translating high-level business requirements into IT requirements, ability to refine UI requirements based on feedback
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent with a focus in software engineering
