Sr FullStack Developer

Senior Full-Stack Developer – Java & Angular | Warsaw | Hybrid. We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a growing Financial Crime Product Development team and work on an enterprise-grade platform that turns massive volumes of transaction data into actionable intelligence.

• Design and develop full-stack features using Java and Angular
• Build scalable and reusable UI components within an Nx monorepo
• Develop and maintain reliable backend services for an enterprise-grade platform
• Work with large volumes of data across distributed systems
• Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability
• Investigate complex production issues and implement long-term solutions
• Contribute to technical decisions and the evolution of the platform
• Collaborate closely with engineers and other members of your Agile team
• Take ownership of features throughout the development lifecycle

• Has strong commercial experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Has solid experience with Java in backend development
• Is highly proficient in Angular and TypeScript
• Has experience working with distributed or cloud-based systems
• Understands scalable application architecture and large-scale data processing
• Has experience with Nx monorepos and modern frontend development
• Is comfortable working with SCSS and modern UI technologies
• Has a structured and analytical approach to solving complex problems
• Is comfortable investigating production issues and looking beyond short-term fixes
• Has experience working in Agile teams
• Communicates clearly and enjoys working collaboratively while taking ownership
• Experience with Spring Boot
• Knowledge of Python or Spark
• Experience with Elasticsearch or StarRocks
• Familiarity with Kafka or similar messaging systems
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of SQL databases
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana
• Experience with Angular 19+
