We are currently looking for a Backend Engineer (MarTech) to help enhance our marketing technology platform and improve business performance. This role requires ownership of existing services, development of API integrations, and collaboration with marketing teams.

• Build and evolve a unified marketing technology platform
• Take full ownership of 5+ existing services
• Develop and maintain production-grade integrations with Meta / TikTok / Google
• Redesign the tracking architecture by shifting from client-side to server-side
• Eliminate manual operational workflows
• Proactively identify and implement new martech solutions

• 3+ years of commercial backend development experience
• Node.js
• TypeScript
• Strong experience building reliable API integrations
• GCP experience
• Systems thinking
• High level of autonomy
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
• Ownership mindset
• Uses AI as part of their workflow
