We are building a corporate AI platform to support the company's strategic initiatives. The Senior Power Platform Engineer will design and deliver enterprise-grade copilots and Power Platform solutions integrated with Azure AI services.

• Design and build solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Develop custom connectors and integrations
• Integrate AI agents with CRM, ERP, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint
• Work with Azure OpenAI to design and optimize prompts and agent workflows
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions
• Support platform development and troubleshooting
• Mentor teams on Copilot Studio, prompting, and AI governance

• Power Platform & Environment Management
• Experience managing Power Platform / Copilot Studio environments at scale
• ALM, DLP policies, governance, managed solutions, environment provisioning
• CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps, PAC CLI
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse
• Custom connectors and API integrations
• Experience with Azure OpenAI or other LLMs
• Strong prompt engineering and system design skills
• Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems
• Experience with REST APIs, Azure Functions, Service Bus, APIM
• Programming in .NET and/or Python
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• English level B2+
