Junior Data Automation Assistant

We are looking for a Junior Data Automation Assistant to help systematically work with data and automate the processes of collecting and processing them. This is a full-time remote position that emphasizes a good understanding of Python and the ability to work with large volumes of data.

• Working with parsers in Python (using AI).
• Data collection from American websites (real estate, public registries).
• Data verification, cleaning, and structuring.
• Filtering lists through PropStream.
• Forming ready lead databases.
• Uploading and updating data in the CRM system.
• Quality control and relevance of data.
• Support and improvement of data collection and processing processes.

• Basic understanding of Python: running scripts, basic constructs (variables, functions).
• Logical thinking and technical mindset.
• Ability to work with large data volumes.
• Attention to detail, systematic approach, discipline, and responsibility.
• Minimum practical experience with Python is a plus.
• Understanding of website operation principles is a plus.
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) is a plus.
