Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and IT positions. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, evaluating, and engaging qualified candidates while working closely with hiring managers.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Source technical candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
• Assess candidates experience, technical background, communication skills, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS/ERP system.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, priorities, and candidate profiles.
• Prepare and publish job descriptions and vacancy announcements.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer preparation, negotiation, and closing.
• Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates on open positions.
• Contribute to improving sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably technical or IT recruitment.
• Understanding of common technical roles, skills, and terminology.
• Experience with candidate sourcing and LinkedIn.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• English proficiency sufficient for conducting interviews and communicating with candidates.
