Full Stack Developer -Python · React · SaaS · Accounting Automation

Aspyre is building AI-powered accounting automation to make accountants 4x more productive. They are looking for a Full Stack Developer to evolve their early-stage product into a stable, scalable platform, working across React frontend and Python backend with PostgreSQL and external API integrations.

• Continually evolve our architecture into a scalable and production-ready platform.
• Create clear boundaries between data/integration layer, business layer and output layer.
• Improve backend performance, reliability and scalability.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external APIs.
• Design and optimize our PostgreSQL data layer.
• Build new product functionality in Python and React.
• Connect frontend to backend, and turn visual prototypes into production-ready code.
• Collaborate with the team, balancing quality and speed.

• Strong Python skills and experience building real applications with it.
• TypeScript & React experience. Comfortable working across the frontend.
• Solid database knowledge: PostgreSQL, relational database design, querying and performance optimization.
• API experience with REST and willingness to work with SOAP APIs.
• Critical thinking and ability to challenge architectural decisions.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development.
• Basic Dutch proficiency.
• Some understanding of accounting or willingness to learn.
