PayGames is a one-stop B2B solution for online payments. We are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join our team, handling contracts, legal research, and compliance across jurisdictions.

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and approving contracts and legal documents.
• Assessing and mitigating legal risks related to company operations.
• Conducting legal research and preparing recommendations for management.
• Assisting with legal issues in different jurisdictions.
• Completing questionnaires, collecting documents, and communicating with partners, regulators, and authorities.
• Working closely with product, tech, compliance, support, and business teams to resolve legal matters and support business.

• 2+ years of experience in international companies or as an in-house lawyer.
• Experience in IT, fintech, payments, consulting, iGaming, or digital business.
• Strong knowledge of contract, corporate, financial, and related areas of law.
• Experience in legal research and analysis of complex legal matters.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify risks and provide practical legal solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English (spoken and written).
• Understanding of the payment industry will be a plus.
