Net2Source is a global workforce solutions company seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in React and Microservices. The role involves designing and building scalable web applications in a hybrid setup in Warsaw, Poland.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and React.js.
• Build and enhance Microservices-based applications using Spring Boot.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning and release activities.
• Create technical documentation, follow coding standards, and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience in developing enterprise-scale applications.
