Manual QA Engineer

Teliqon is a reliable cloud communication platform providing SIP Trunking, DID, Cloud PBX, and SMS services. They are hiring a skilled QA Engineer to ensure product quality through manual testing of web and back-end systems.

• Test artifact creation (test plan, test cases, status report, test report etc)
• Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs and improve software quality
• Apply Agile principles effectively in day-to-day activities
• Perform functional testing in WEB applications, and back-end systems

• 2+ years of experience testing CRM, SaaS, ERP, or other business web applications
• Experience working with bug tracking systems (Jira, Azure DevOps, YouTrack, etc.)
• Experience with REST API testing using Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar tools
• Experience validating API requests and responses (JSON, HTTP methods, status codes)
• Experience testing import/export functionality (CSV, Excel).
• Experience testing integrations with third-party services (Email, SMS, Telephony, Payment Systems, Webhooks).
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)
• Experience in test automation (Cypress)
