Media Buyer Assistant

ROIcamp is a media buying team specializing in the dating vertical, buying traffic on Meta, Google, TikTok, push and native placements. The role is for a Media Buyer Assistant who works inside advertising accounts, learning on live campaigns with real spend, and gradually taking over harder parts of the work under the guidance of a specific media buyer.

• Duplicate and launch campaigns from the buyer's brief, following the given structure, bids, and targeting, and asking questions until you understand why each setting is there.
• Monitor campaign statuses and moderation, so that a rejected creative is caught while the buyer is busy elsewhere.
• Prepare daily account reports covering spend, conversions along the click, registration, subscription, and rebill funnel, and any anomalies.
• Run creative rotation: upload new assets, replace the ones that have stopped performing, and send requests to the creative team.
• Keep the infrastructure in order by receiving accounts from the farming team and watching payment methods and access.
• Review each week with your buyer and work through why one campaign is profitable and another is not.

• A basic grasp of Meta Ads, whether from your own tests, a course, or adjacent work in social or search advertising.
• Precision, because a single mistake when duplicating a campaign sends budget in the wrong direction.
