Senior Design Engineer, Growth

PandaDoc is hiring a Senior Design Engineer to sit at the intersection of design and engineering in the Growth track. The role involves prototyping AI-native ideas in code, shipping production-grade React surfaces, and enabling the team with AI tools and processes.

• Strong experience across both design and front-end engineering, with a portfolio of shipped interfaces or widely-used components you can point us to;
• Fluency in React, TypeScript, modern CSS, and one animation library (Framer Motion, React Spring, or similar);
• Active, opinionated use of Cursor and Claude Code in your daily workflow, with a clear point of view on how to get production-quality output;
• An eye for design and engineering workflows — you notice where the team is losing time and build the tool, pattern, or process that fixes it;
• Comfort building from zero, with the judgment to set direction when there's no template to follow.
