Solution Cloud Architect (w/m/d)

The Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Nordrhein is seeking a Solution Cloud Architect to develop solution architectures for digital applications, manage external software vendors, and ensure quality and integration of software solutions. The role involves working with cloud concepts, Azure, Kubernetes, and AI tools.

• Develop viable solution architectures for digital applications, interfaces, and platforms
• Translate functional requirements into technical target images and implementation requirements
• Technical and functional management of external software service providers
• Coordinate and involve internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and accompany framework agreements for external software development, design, and AI
• Close collaboration with architects of external partners to develop robust technical solutions
• Contribute to technical guardrails and standards, e.g., architecture specifications, development handbooks, and Kubernetes, Docker, and deployment concepts
• Ensure quality, integration capability, and maintainability of external software solutions
• Contribute to the use of AI-supported tools and methods in software development

• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
• Solid understanding of modern software development, architecture principles, and cloud concepts
• Experience in the conception, evaluation, or implementation of software solutions
• Knowledge in central fields of modern software architecture, e.g., APIs, modular architectures, cloud-native development, containerization, CI/CD, quality assurance, and technical documentation
• Experience with Azure; knowledge of StackIT and/or Ionos is helpful
• Initial to solid experience in the use of AI-supported tools in software development
• Experience in collaboration with and management of external service providers
• Experience in initiating or managing framework agreements with IT service providers desirable
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with various stakeholders round off your profile
