Manual QA Engineer

We are a Ukrainian outsourcing company Join.To.IT, founded in 2012, delivering software solutions across diverse business domains. We seek a Manual QA Engineer to join our team, working on web and mobile applications.

• Plan and execute testing activities
• Experience defining and reviewing Acceptance Criteria (AC), Definition of Ready (DoR), and Definition of Done (DoD)
• Create and maintain test documentation
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Participate in team and client meetings
• Prepare test reports and QA metrics
• Contribute to improving QA and development processes
• Perform other QA-related tasks assigned by the Team Lead

• 1+ year of commercial experience as a Manual QA Engineer in an outsourcing company
• Intermediate (B1) English or higher
• Good understanding of web application architecture and client-server interaction
• Experience with manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Experience reviewing and testing project documentation
• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation (test cases, checklists, user stories, bug reports)
• Test REST APIs and validate data using SQL queries
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
