Junior Recruitment Sourcer / Researcher

We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Sourcer / Researcher to join our Recruitment team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start or develop a career in Recruitment, gain practical experience in candidate sourcing, and grow into a Recruiter role over time.

• Search for candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels
• Review CVs and assess candidate profiles
• Communicate with potential candidates and present open positions
• Keep candidate information up to date in the ATS
• Work closely with Recruiters and learn from the team
• Gradually take ownership of selected Junior-level vacancies

• Interest in Recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and job boards
• Confident use of Google Sheets
• English sufficient for communication with candidates
• Attention to detail and ability to work with a large amount of information
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn
