Motion Designer

RedCore is an international business group creating technological solutions for digital markets. We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our team.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Good knowledge in Figma is a big plus
• Expert knowledge of AI tools for generating visuals (static/animation), and basic understanding of AI for voiceovers and music generation
• Experienced in creating diverse digital promo materials (banners, videos, event visuals, etc)
• Confidently uses AI (ChatGPT, Gemini etc.) to accelerate processes and generate multiple ideas
• Strong grasp of composition, typography and color; can rationally defend design choices
• Must Have: A strong, diverse portfolio
• Deep AI Integration: Treats AI as a core partner in the creative workflow (plus)
• Relevant Experience: Work background in Media, PR, or Marketing Agency (plus)
• Bonus Skill: Simple 3D graphics ability (plus)
