Forward Deployed Engineer (E-Commerce Platforms/CMS Ecosystems)

We are an innovative deep-tech product company transforming digital commerce through patented AI-driven media optimization. We are seeking an Engineer with hands-on technical fluency across major e-commerce platforms and CMS ecosystems to bridge the gap between our core technology and clients' online stores.

• Guide brands on integrating our AI media delivery solutions into their existing storefronts and platform architectures (headless, monolithic, or hybrid).
• Translate merchant objectives into clear technical deployment plans, audit storefront codebases, and set up optimal integration hooks.
• Diagnose integration issues, theme/plugin conflicts, and asset delivery bottlenecks across diverse frontend setups.
• Assist clients with frontend snippets, custom scripts, APIs, webhooks, and theme adaptations to ensure flawless rendering and peak Core Web Vitals.
• Work hand-in-hand with R&D, Customer Success, and Sales to continuously improve platform connectors, integration documentation, and client self-serve toolkits.

• 5+ years of experience in an e-commerce engineering or Technical Consultant role within the digital commerce ecosystem.
• Strong practical experience working with at least one or more of the following platforms: Shopify / Shopify Plus, Magento (Adobe Commerce), Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), WooCommerce / WordPress, BigCommerce (or custom/headless commerce architectures).
• Solid grasp of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and understanding of DOM rendering, network waterfalls, and web performance optimization.
• Practical experience inspecting live storefronts using browser developer tools and handling API/webhook integrations.
• Strictly C1–C2 English level with excellent verbal articulation and technical writing skills.
• High flexibility and ability to operate within US business hours.
• High ownership, customer-centric mindset, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply to both engineers and merchant business teams.
• Nice to have: Experience with headless commerce setups, Jamstack, or modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue).
• Nice to have: Understanding of CDN routing, caching strategies, and media delivery workflows.
