Medior Data Scientist/Engineer

NDW is a public partnership for road traffic data. They are looking for a Medior Data Scientist/Engineer to join the Data Quality and Data Science team, working on traffic data collection, analysis, and statistical modeling.

• Collect, prepare, calculate, store, analyze, and disclose traffic data
• Develop in Python and work with dataframes, dashboards, databases, and data pipelines
• Support data scientists and colleagues in making datasets available
• Translate functional questions into technical solutions
• Act as a connector within the team, helping to refine epics into user stories
• Participate in sprints, refinement, planning, review, and retrospective

• Experience with traffic data, mobility data, or electronic functional data
• Proficiency in statistical research and data science
• Skill in writing and maintaining code in Python
• Experience with data pipelines, dataframes, and databases
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Analytical and calm communication style
• Team player who can switch between content, team, and organization
• Dutch language proficiency
