Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Performa is an international HR agency connecting top talent with companies in iGaming, IT, and Marketing. Their client, a fast-growing AI-native SaaS company, is seeking a hands-on CTO to lead technology strategy while remaining involved in product development.

• Architect and develop AI-powered solutions and intelligent agents
• Design and maintain scalable backend systems using Python, Django, and Celery
• Build modern frontend applications using Angular 19 and Tailwind CSS
• Integrate machine learning models into production environments
• Drive product decisions and contribute to product strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and priorities
• Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices
• Combine technical leadership with product ownership to ensure successful product delivery

• 6+ years of strong Python development experience
• Proven expertise with Django and Celery
• 1+ years of solid Angular 19 frontend development experience
• AI/ML knowledge and practical implementation experience
• Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable system design
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience using modern AI-powered development tools to increase productivity
