Full Stack Engineer (all genders)

Avelios is a modular software platform digitizing hospital workflows with cutting-edge technology. They are hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join their development team and build software used in critical clinical environments, working on large-scale infrastructure across the entire product lifecycle.

• Work directly with our core development team to build full-stack solutions across clinical use cases
• Design, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure Avelios services
• Develop large-scale software systems used in critical healthcare environments
• Work with the latest technologies in both backend and frontend development
• Apply best practices in clean, efficient, and secure software engineering
• Continuously improve performance, usability, and development processes

• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Informatics, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Java, C++, React, TypeScript, Swift, or Rust
• Demonstrated software development experience
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and contribute across the stack
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluency in German or English
