Functional programming engineer

LumiGuide develops end-to-end solutions for smart parking and digital wayfinding, serving municipalities and companies like ProRail. They are looking for a functional programming engineer to maintain and evolve their platform.

• Maintain the existing platform using Haskell and NixOS
• Manage network communication (SSH/IPsec/DNS/WireGuard) for parking garage networks
• Contribute to embedded software, computer vision platform, or mobile apps over time

• Interest in or experience with functional programming
• Curious attitude and interest in new technologies; drive is more important than knowledge
• Enjoys having influence on the process
• Affinity with embedded systems or computer vision is a plus
• Professional developer experience is a plus but not required
• Available for at least 32 hours per week
• Able to work 2 (or more) days per week in the office in Nieuwegein, Utrecht

• Salary between 2800 - 3500 gross per month
