Project Manager (GenAI)

Rhapsody is seeking a Project Manager (GenAI) to coordinate AI-enabled projects for international clients, working with AI specialists, developers, and creative teams to deliver Generative AI solutions that improve content production and business workflows.

• Lead AI projects from discovery through implementation and optimisation.
• Gather project requirements and translate them into clear project plans and delivery tasks.
• Coordinate developers, AI specialists, designers and other stakeholders.
• Support the selection and implementation of GenAI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, chatbots and workflow automation.
• Evaluate AI tools and recommend suitable solutions for project needs.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance and deployment activities.
• Collect feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain project documentation and facilitate project meetings, demos and workshops.

• English at C1 level or higher.
• A good working knowledge of German would be highly beneficial in this role.
• 2–4 years of experience managing digital, marketing, creative or technology projects.
• Experience gathering business requirements and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs and workflow automation.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with technical teams without being a software developer.
• Nice to have: Experience with AI implementation or automation projects.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with platforms and tools such as OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude Code, or similar AI-powered workflow and agentic solutions.
• Nice to have: Experience in a creative agency or content production environment.
