Senior IT Recruiter

We are on the lookout for a Senior IT Recruiter to become part of our Talent Acquisition team. You will contribute to identifying and attracting exceptional engineering talent across Latin America.

• Take charge of the entire recruitment cycle for technical roles in Latin America, beginning with the initial conversation with a hiring manager and market research and running through to the accepted offer
• Apply a proactive approach to sourcing candidates for difficult-to-fill engineering roles by tapping into sourcing platforms, communities, referrals, and market research
• Partner with hiring managers to fully understand their needs, thoughtfully question assumptions when appropriate, and recommend the best path to hire
• Run interviews and assess candidates based on their technical background, motivation, communication abilities, and cultural alignment
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by keeping every stage of the process quick, transparent, and respectful
• Follow recruitment metrics to uncover roadblocks, raise conversion rates, and steadily enhance the overall hiring process
• Experiment with fresh approaches such as AI-powered recruiting tools, automation, and inventive sourcing techniques to accelerate work and deepen candidate engagement
• Keep up to date with technology trends, shifts within the talent market, and the moves of competitors

• No less than 3 years of recruiting experience focused on software engineering and technical positions in an international environment
• Demonstrated ability to engage hard-to-find technical candidates through a variety of channels
• Sound familiarity with modern tech stacks such as Java, JavaScript, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, QA, Data, and related fields
• Solid interviewing capabilities, with the skill to evaluate candidates well beyond what is visible on their CV
• Background working with hiring managers and drawing on data and market intelligence to shape hiring decisions
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and structured hiring workflows
• Applied use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or comparable solutions to enhance sourcing, outreach, research, or productivity in general
• Analytical mindset with confidence in interpreting metrics and turning them into meaningful improvements
• English at B2 level or higher, with strong written and spoken communication skills
