Business Analyst – Customer Data & Consent Management

We are looking for a Business Analyst for a team focused on customer data and consent management, working at the intersection of business and technology to shape solutions for customer data quality and digital transformation.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across various stakeholders and business areas.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and support solution design.
• Drive initiatives related to customer data management and marketing consent processes.
• Coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, and monitor delivery progress.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.

• Experience working as a Business Analyst in complex business and IT environments.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with CRM platforms or other customer-related systems.
• Understanding of customer data management and/or consent management processes.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Nice to have: experience with customer data governance, compliance, or consent-related projects
