Full Stack Software Engineer (m/w/d) Software Systems

citama systems GmbH is a company driving digital transformation in cybersecurity, AI, and blockchain. They are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to develop software components for signal intelligence and electronic warfare platforms, working in an agile hybrid environment in Munich.

• Develop and integrate software components for Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) / electronic warfare (EW) platforms.
• Work with the agile team to develop technical solutions using models and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Further develop software architecture and define interfaces together with system architects.
• Document results and ensure software quality through automated tests.
• Support project management with realistic effort and complexity estimates.
• Select suitable technologies, libraries, protocols, and development methods together with the team.

• Successfully completed degree in computer science, software engineering or a comparable technical field.
• Experience in object-oriented software development, ideally in larger projects or software platforms and with model-based development approaches.
• Good understanding of software architecture, component design, and interface definition, and ability to use various frameworks and standard libraries.
• Knowledge of modern software development processes and best practices, especially collaboration in agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficient in modern development tools such as IDEs, version control (e.g., Git), artifact repositories (e.g., Artifactory), and static code analysis and quality assurance tools (e.g., SonarQube).
• Very good spoken and written German for effective communication with German-speaking clients.
