Technical Support Engineer

Medius, a global leader in cloud-based spend management, is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to troubleshoot SAP ERP integration issues and support customers and partners. The role requires SQL, XML, JSON knowledge and strong analytical skills.

• Troubleshooting technical issues within SAP ERP integration area
• Supporting customers, partners and consultants in solving technical issues
• Staying up to date with new technologies, tools, and features
• Maintaining clear and thorough documentation of support cases, resolutions, and technical information

• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
• Proficiency in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
• A solid general understanding of technology
• Experience working with SQL, XML, and JSON
• Familiarity with distributed systems
• Strong analytical mindset
• Ability to solve complex problems
• A keen eye for detail
• Focus on customer satisfaction
• Previous experience with any mentioned ERPs is a plus
